Justice is crying,the Court is asked to end bail "Muslim extremists"

LAHORE:LEAD's lawyers have petitioned Lahore High Court on Tuesday, 4 June,2013,to cancel the bail granted to "Muslim extremists" and asked for the detention of released men as amid allegations they threaten Christians , again, who were allegedly involved in anti-Christian attacks at Joseph Colony,Bedami Bagh ,Lahore.

A case of arson attack was registered FIR NO.114/13 under Sections 324, 353,397, 427, 436, 148 and 149,186 A PPC and 7-Anti-Terrorism Act on behalf of the state against 83 nominated and thousands of unidentified Muslims extremists in which some were arrested.All the accused had been granted bails some of them applied post-arrest and some accused applied pre-arrest from the Court of Muhammad Islam,judge Anti-Terrorism Court No.II,Lahore,on dated 14 may,2013.

In April 2013,a three-judge bench comprising Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed also directed the Punjab government to take effective steps to protect all the citizens in the province without any discrimination.

LEAD's lawyers Naseeb Masih Advocate High Court,Aric John Advocate High Court,Hadayat Bashir Advocate High Court along with Advocate Sardar Mushtaq Gill submitted cancellation of bail petition against 31 extremists in Lahore High Court Lahore which is fixed for notices for tomorrow 6 June,2013 before the Honor-able Double Bench Mr.Justice Sardar Tariq Masood and Mr.Justice Abdul Sami Khan.The petition was filed on behalf of victims of Joseph Colony.
