Sheikhupura: According to reports,the Christian victim got severe burn wounds and after failing to get proper medical care in Sheikhupura,was shifted to Mayo Hospital, Lahore.
The incident happened earlier this month and a police case has also been registered against the father and two brothers of the woman, who were reportedly against the love affair between Christian man and Muslim woman.
According to FIR lodged by Nisar's sister at Police station Sadar Sheikhupura,they both love each other from last two years and they both in touched on phone and secretly met each-other at woman's neighborhood.A number of time family of the woman threatened Nisar to face dire consequences if he would remain in love affair with the woman.Ansar was allegedly kidnapped by the accused and his two sons, the FIR stated, adding the three unclothed him, beat him and burned him using hot iron rods.
According to social media,the campaign was going on for his treatment because the family of the victim are very poor and under pressure and unable to seek justice for the victim.
Last week,an humanist Mashal Khan,university student, was killed on false allegation of blasphemy.According to Mardan's Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police Mohammad Alam Shinwari,the deceased student, Mashal, had been accused of running Facebook pages "which allegedly published blasphemous content",he was attacked by a large group of students and appears to have succumbed to a gunshot wound and wanted to burn his body, he told.
