LEAD Ministries (formerly Legal Evangelical Association Development) is a faith-based organization dedicated to serving communities through evangelism, church planting, Bible discipleship, and humanitarian work. We work to transform lives by addressing spiritual, social, and practical needs, guided by the love and teachings of Jesus Christ.
Bible Discipleship & Church Planting
We nurture spiritually mature believers and grow churches in
underserved areas through:
• Bible teaching & discipleship programs
• Evangelism & community outreach
• Leadership training for emerging church leaders
Our goal is not only to plant churches but to cultivate
transformative communities of faith.
Pastor Care Ministry
Pastors often serve faithfully under heavy burdens and limited
resources. We provide:
• Spiritual encouragement & prayer support
• Financial aid and ministry resources
• Leadership mentorship and training
By strengthening pastors, we empower entire communities and
sustain vibrant, faith-driven churches.
Women Empowerment
Christian women often face societal pressure and limited
opportunities. Our Women Empowerment initiatives include:
• Women’s Bible fellowship & discipleship
• Leadership and skills development
• Awareness programs on dignity, rights, and social justice
We equip women to live courageously in faith, lead with
confidence, and transform their families and communities.
Freedom for Bonded Labourers
Families trapped in exploitative debt gain freedom through:
• Identification & verification of bonded labour cases
• Fundraising to redeem debts
• Legal support & follow-up assistance
• Restoring dignity and sustainable livelihoods
We aim not only to free them from debt but to restore hope,
independence, and a future full of possibility.
Advocacy & Human Rights
We defend persecuted Christians and marginalized communities by:
• Documenting injustice
• Providing free legal assistance
• Raising local and international awareness
• Promoting equality, justice, and religious freedom
Through advocacy, we challenge oppression, amplify voices, and fight for lasting change.
