MISSION

LEAD Ministries exists to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ through church planting and discipleship in obedience to the Great Commission (Gospel of Matthew 28:19–20). We are committed to building strong, biblically grounded churches that reflect Christ’s promise, “I will build My church” (Gospel of Matthew 16:18).

We strengthen pastors and ministry leaders for sustainable service, following Jesus’ model of servant leadership (Gospel of Mark 10:45). We equip and mentor the next generation of believers, remembering Christ’s call to wholehearted love and devotion (Gospel of Luke 10:27).

We empower women, affirming the dignity and purpose Jesus demonstrated in His ministry (Gospel of John 4:7–26). We work to liberate families from bonded labor and injustice, proclaiming the freedom Christ declared for captives (Gospel of Luke 4:18). And we advocate for persecuted and marginalized communities, standing firm in Jesus’ promise that He has overcome the world (Gospel of John 16:33).

Through evangelism, leadership development, compassionate outreach, and responsible advocacy, LEAD Ministries is building strong churches today and preparing the next generation to lead with faith, integrity, and courage.
