Forced Marriage Of Minor Christian Girl Declared Illegal By Court

Pattoki: Last year in Month of December 2012,Muhammad Imran ,Muhammad Yousaf and two unknown abducted and kidnapped 14 years old Rafia Mansha a Christian girl while she was going to fields to pick up raw vegetables with a Muslim lady Zulaikhan BiBi for her family. 
At evening when she did not come back to home her mother told her husband Mansha Masih, when he came back home from his work,their daughter was abducted and kidnapped.He told the matter to respectable locality members some Christians and Muslims and also informed Advocate Sardar Mushtaq Gill   national Director of LEAD.
On the pressure of Police and respectable locality members,the culprits handed over the abductee to the Christian family but claimed that she had got married with Muhammad Imran and also accepted Islam.

The Culprit filed petition in Session Court Pattoki for recovery of Rafia Mansha from her family.On dated 4 February 2013 Session Court dismissed his petition on the statement of Rafia Mansha.Rafia stated in Court that she was abducted forcibly married and  had  not accepted Islam.
The Culprit submitted one more petition in family court for conjugal right which was dismissed by the court.We filed petition in Family Court Pattoki for jactitation of marriage which was accepted and the family Court passed decree in favor of Rafia Mansha by declaring and ordering the marriage certificated is forged ,illegal and void.
On dated 5 February 2013,FIR No 79/13 was registered against the culprits and they have filed bail petition in court in which next date of hearing is 19 March 2013.
We are pressurized and threatened by the culprits again and again from different ways,"said Mansha Masih father of Rafia Mansha".I am vegetables seller and my income is very short and the daily earning on which my family depends and it is difficult to remain on leave,"told Mansha". 
We are thankful for those who supported us for the justice and we demand that the Culprits should be punished according to law,"told Advocate Sardar Mushtaq Gill".
