Last year in June,Fouzia Sadiqe, a Christian woman was kidnapped from a field situated in a village Burj Mahalam in the Punjab province by a Muslim landlord named Muhammad Nazir who forcibly converted her to Islam and got married himself to avoid abduction and rape charges. Nazir tricked Fouzia's father into consenting to have his family work as bonded laborers on his land with no pay and only the provision of a run-down housing accommodation.

"I was raped by him a number of times before conversion and marriage and he often extends life threats on apprehension of my disclosure to family,"said Fouzia.

She further stated that she was permanently become disable to have children from him because he forced her to get operation for permanent birth control. In this way he made her sterile woman.

"I have strong faith in Jesus and I hope He could save me from him permanently,"said Fouzia.

Rev.Saleem Masih and Rev.Karamat Masih along with local political activists met Sardar Mushtaq Gill,Human Rights Defender and requested for assistance for victim Fouzia Sadiqe.
It is surfaced that in most cases, the victim girl may be subjected to sexual violence, rape, forced prostitution, human trafficking and sale, or other domestic abuse or discarded from home after passing some time.
